Roger Kymble Hall
Kym Hall originally from Australia, Kym is our volunteer who is affiliated with an organization called
AVI (Australian Volunteers International). He is going to contribute at our place for the next
year. Prior to arriving in Bogor, he attended a four-day cross-cultural training in Australia, and a
one-week training in Jakarta, and took a one-month Indonesian course at Wisma Bahasa in
Yogyakarta, Central Java.
Kym is assigned as a consultant and a mentor for our Gardening program, RobinHerb. “I would
like to build the capacity of the members, especially Ilham as the leader, as well as to manage the
team. The lessons that are going to be provided will be theoretical and practical, specifically in
hydroponic. Furthermore, the members will learn about marketing strategy and costing – how
much it is when it comes to selling a product – so that they can further develop their program,”
Kym said.
