Let me introduce myself, my name is: Muhamad Asep Amirudin, I am one of YCM alumni.
I used to join YCM in 2005 to 2010, at first I knew from friends around including Dimas Seto because YCM used to be in Warung Jambu Bogor and I often passed that place to go to school at SMP PGRI 6 BOGOR, When I joined YCM moved to Tegal Gundil coincidentally I was in 8th grade at that time.
Before joining it was very clear that I did not have any knowledge of English, day by day I went through my teenage years by joining YCM, it turned out that not only English, there were various sciences such as learning computer operations from Microsoft and other programs, social sciences, leadership and other soft skills.
In the school level towards advanced high school, I already had a basic knowledge of sciences until now, the provision of knowledge greatly influenced what happened and I have now, my life is extraordinary, able to change the economic conditions of my family consisting of parents and younger siblings to go to school, not only for myself. YCM changes from mindset, perspective, and equips hard skills and soft skills. However, from 2014 until today, I live in Semarang, my initial goal was to get out of my comfort zone and go back to school in management economics, currently I work in a foreign garment agency company and have several businesses.
There are many extraordinary impressions that are difficult to convey one by one, but it is clear that today’s life is obtained from how we spend our time from 5 years, 10 years or even 15 years ago. It turns out that YCM not only provides knowledge but also provides a perspective on the direction of life in a family way, sharing other people’s life experiences and
taking moral messages and applying them in life.
My message is the same as Ms. Putu, a tutor with many messages, but one that I will quote is:
“Success = preparation + opportunity”.
