Wulan began her journey with YCM in 2009 as a student, fueled by the aspiration to learn and master the English language. Through consistent effort and dedication, she honed her skills by actively participating in YCM’s programs. Her commitment to learning paid off, as her English abilities improved significantly over time, opening new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
At YCM, Wulan immersed herself in various aspects of English education, including grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Beyond learning, she contributed to the organization by sharing her knowledge with peers and managing YCM’s finances. One of her most unforgettable experiences was taking part in a cross-country competition, where she gained valuable insights into teamwork and the competitive spirit, enriching her perspective and boosting her confidence.
Now, Wulan continues her connection with YCM as Finance manager and daily tutor, eager to give back to the community that played a pivotal role in her development. Alongside her teaching role, she balances her work and ongoing learning pursuits. She expresses hope that YCM will persist in offering impactful programs and fostering an inclusive environment for all its members, ensuring that future generations can benefit as she did.
